Invesca Secures PIXL Development
Christopher Longsworth, CEO of Plantation-based Invesca Development Group, is a true millennial developer. When it comes to creativity in design Chris and his team don't merely think outside the box, they simply recreate it. His latest project, PIXL at Plantation, a 330 unit multifamily complex, is no different. The Plantation City Council approved the Invesca Development Group’s proposal for PIXL on the April 30th and the plan is to break ground in November 2019. Unique Inspiration, Modern Design
Designed in-house by Invesca Development Group, PIXL is modernistic in its design and execution. Based on the concept of a computer pixels, large cubes are incorporated into the building design and structure. Some cubes have brightly colored outlines, other cubes create large windows with balconies. Within the 6.7 acre site, PIXL offers a variety of units to choose from with floor area ranging from 600 square feet studios to 1,200 square feet duplexes. All units are designed with 18 foot high ceilings in mind, which add to the sense of space and freshness.

PIXL lifestyle is much more than having a place to live. About three acres of the grounds will be dedicated to wide variety of amenities that include something for everyone. Outdoor adventurers who love exercise can go rock climbing, use interactive training features, swimming, or workout in the outdoor fitness area. For more socially inclined mood, there are an outdoor movie theater and a community center. Dog lovers are well catered to with a dog park and a dog beach. A 24-hour virtual concierge will also available to service PIXL residents.
Future phase of the master plan development is going to include an office building called Modulus which will complement the design, functionality of PIXL. This is in the planning for a future phase of the project.
