PIXL was approved by the City Council of Plantation in April 2019 and is set to break ground in November. Located at the State Road 7 and Sunrise corridor, the 330 smart home units will be a combination of studios, 2 bedroom, loft condominium homes and duplexes with 18’ high ceilings.
The homes at PIXL will run from 600 sq. ft. to 1,200 sq. ft.. The residential mix will include 86 studios, 3 one-bedroom units, 201 loft-style one-bedroom units, and 40 two-bedroom units. Residential buildings are 6 stories, 97’ tall, with double-height duplex units.
